It’s the last Sunday of the Summer holidays and it’s raining. So much I was going to finish over the last six weeks but alas it was not to be. I did finish two batalia of English Civil War foot though and so the Autumn painting queue will need some attention.

Hope to see the usual characters at the Newbury show next Saturday and until then it’s adios!

I wanted a packed look but I could only fit six musketeers on each side of the pikes!
Nine pikes and colours minis look just about ok
15cm a wide for grid or hexagon based games.
Sturdy pikemen of the second batalia!
Fifer leads the advance!
Sergeant brings up the rear
The sergeant has done his work well.
Always one left over!!!

      1. 28mm Assyrians from Newline, some paints, basing materials, possibly some rules or anything shiny that catches my eye 🤭
