Apologies if this is not what you were expecting. What follows is of course pretty raunchy but only if the thought of painting hundreds of miniatures white is your particular thing! Help came from Richard Abbott’s fantastic webpage, on here you will find excellent pictures of his miniatures and a very helpful guide to painting that  essential for the Napoleonic gamer, white. But, and it’s a big but….it involves four layers! See what you think?

Cardiff Wargames Club is currently running a monthly painting challenge. Simply post your plans for the month and then keep them updated with progress. I find it helps motivate you when the stairs up to the man cave seem too steep! It also means at current rates of painting that’s twelve Black Powder standard sized units a year! And after a Spanish Division, I thought I might try Austrians!
